This is a popular way of charging as you only pay according to the amount of copying and printing performed. Although we also offer an annual / 10,000 copy contract and fixed monthly service agreements.
We provide fixed price repairs, no matter how long the repair takes, the call out charge is the same. Our response time is within 1 hour locally.

Our service package
We have a wide range of new and refurbished machines available to suit your needs.
We offer a service package, which includes all parts and labour charges, consumables, travelling time, routine service in line with manufacturer’s specifications and a loan machine, if the machine requires time in our workshop.
In this way we can be sure that machines are used with manufacturer supplied consumables and spare parts for optimum performance.

Leasing
We are able to offer refurbished or brand new photocopiers under a lease long term or short term, starting from 1 year. When outright buy is not an option, leasing is a great way to save your business some money. You can spread the cost of the equipment, paying monthly or quarterly instead of paying upfront for the full cost.

Repairs
We are able to give one off repairs to most Konica Minolta, Develop, Ricoh, Sharp and Canon machines.
Common faults include, jams, error codes, smudging, odd noises, print quality flaws, non responsive LCD displays and network issues.

We carry a large variety of spare parts and toner, readily available for servicing and replacing.
